Greetings  this letter might be a surprise to you, But I believe that you will be honest to fulfill my final WISH . My names are Causanilles Rovira maria jose, I am 54 years old, I am suffering from cancer of the breast, this cancer stage has reached a critical stage, and my doctors have advised that I may not live beyond next month, Except if am willing to undergo another surgery.
